Medianaranja is a known name for high-stakes events — weddings, quinceañeras, private celebrations. Their team held it all together with dedication, leaning on spreadsheets, chats, and a lot of memory. To keep growing, they wanted a system worthy of that level of service: a digital, repeatable process that frees up their time for what they do best — creating memorable experiences.

We designed an ambitious platform: a CRM that models the entire lifecycle of an event, from the first inquiry to production night. It covers user and event management, itineraries, briefs, budgets, contracts, a client portal, a shared calendar, interested vendors, the protocol team, in-app reminders, and email notifications. Built on Laravel and Next.js for SSR and API-level security, so sensitive client and financial data stays protected.

The studio can now run more events in parallel without dropping a detail or living in their inbox. The process is digital, repeatable, and delegable — which means a bigger client book and more revenue, with the founders free to focus on the vision instead of the logistics.
